Shambhala meditation practice
A meditation group is
meeting at the studio every Tuesday evening 7-9pm. Novice, as well
as seasoned, meditators are invited to join us for seated and walking
meditation, followed by some tea and talk. While our focus is on the
Shambhala tradition, meditators of other persuasions are warmly welcomed.
You need not have any prior meditation experience, nor knowledge of
Shambhala, to attend. Beginning meditation instruction is available
upon request. There is no charge to sit with us or for instruction.
